I received a very thorough hearing test, purchased new hearing aids and love them. I was assured that I would receive any assistance needed for any adjustments I may need. Sean was very professional. I would highly recommend purchasing your hearing aids from Better Hearing Center. They are extremely professional and helpful when I experienced an issue. Their facility is always extremely immaculate and they will wear masks if needed. They understand patients who are “tech negative”.

Owner was knowledgeable and so helpful. My husband’s hearing aid had stopped working after getting within the rain. Owner was helpful and learned about my husband’s hearing loss and repaired it for free. We will be using him from now on to over see my husband ‘s hearing aides

This was my first visit - I found the office was very clean and tidy, and I was immediately taken care of. I was dealt with in a very courteous and professional manner, and I trust that the results were true, as they expanded on what my hearing issues are. I was given time at length to understand my results, and he also explained the different hearing aids that would be suited for me. He gave me a great understanding also of the types of hearing aids online at this time and how they operate vs. a prescription from him. It was a great experience and I would encourage anyone else having hearing issues to definitely use Better Hearing for their needs.

The hearing test was not difficult and I was told that my hearing was ok. I was also told to ask a nurse at Mayo Clinic to remove extra wax from both of my ears.

Better Hearing Center gave me quick service when I came to their office to have a hearing aid rubber pod replaced. The one I had became loose. I did not need an appointment for this service. I went there at my convenience and they waited on me immediately. This was greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I met with Sean for my first visit here. He was friendly and put me at ease as he talked about my severe hearing loss. He helped me decide on a new pair of hearing aids to replace my old ones that were giving me problems. I will recommend him for anyone needing help with their hearing.

Ended up really liking this place. No one likes to admit getting old or having a health problem, but I really enjoyed getting my hearing tested after I finally got it done. The staff is outstanding, polite, kind, understanding, friendly and take the time to make sure you understand what is going on and why it is happening. This was the best customer service I have seen in years. Let me just add one thing, I am not an easy person to deal with or please. They go above and beyond for the customer. A++++++
