When I finished a phone call, my left hearing aid stopped functioning correctly. I went to change the dome and tiny white piece. I could not remove it. Stopped by Better Hearing and in an instant removed the tiny white piece and replaced it. Thank you!

Everything from my consultation to getting my hearing aids was top notch. I had a problem with one of my rechargeable hearing aid batteries and they had to send it into the company, but they gave me a loaner pair to use while it was gone. From set up to any adjustments needed is an easy process.I highly recommend them.
