Charger was falling apart on my Audibel hearing aids. I took it in and they offered to give me a loaner charger. I did not need it immediately so they offered to send it to the manufacturer along with the hearing aids to check the entire system. Super friendly and helpful, I thought there would be some type of fee but was pleasantly surprised. Nice to have a local store that backs what they sell.

I was extremely pleased with the appointment I had with Sean. I was having difficulty hearing conversations, even though I had adjusted the volume and gone onto other. You know another site the edge. He went and did some adjustments. They appeared to be minor adjustments, but it has made a difference. He also put on a site That I could also use to get more clarity so I was very very pleased. It didn’t take him long. He popped up my records And made the adjustments I was very very pleased. Thank you.
