Found myself at the senior cntr in Tomah Wi. Entered and was somewhat confused at the lg space as I was there for a hearing apptwhere ppl were eating lunch. Ppl looked up and I stated I was there for a hearing appt and was kindly directed to back of bldg where Tom was waiting for me. I asked him if he rented the space and he explained the senior cntr was kind enough to let him use the space to do hearing tests. Tom was very thorough and completely explained the process each step of the way. Ended up I struggled to hear soft tones(f,s,st,etc, low voices and soft speakers w background noise ex: restaurants, autos,etc.) So I will be sporting new electronic hearing aids soon. The joys of loud music from my youth and inevitable aging. Thanks Tom for great ck up. MJ.

Friendly environment. No pressures to complete forms until we were given the information we needed to make a decision. We will be glad to receive the hearing aids that we need that will make our hearing abilities better (even though we don't want them but know we need them!). The cat will appreciate us not yelling at each other to be heard.

Exceptional expertise. I felt well-informed and like they were looking out for my best interest and a plan that made the most sense for me. There was no pressure or pushing for additional services or unnecessary options. Also, you feel treated like a person and not like a number as some places do. Everyone was friendly and professional. This is a place I will refer others to for sure. I would not hesitate to send my elderly parents there even if I could not make the appointment with them, that’s the kind of vibe I got at this place.

Charger was falling apart on my Audibel hearing aids. I took it in and they offered to give me a loaner charger. I did not need it immediately so they offered to send it to the manufacturer along with the hearing aids to check the entire system. Super friendly and helpful, I thought there would be some type of fee but was pleasantly surprised. Nice to have a local store that backs what they sell.

I was extremely pleased with the appointment I had with Sean. I was having difficulty hearing conversations, even though I had adjusted the volume and gone onto other. You know another site the edge. He went and did some adjustments. They appeared to be minor adjustments, but it has made a difference. He also put on a site That I could also use to get more clarity so I was very very pleased. It didn’t take him long. He popped up my records And made the adjustments I was very very pleased. Thank you.
